These are the Terms of Service between us ("WE") and the customer ("CUSTOMER") for accessing and using the DICHVUSOCKS.NET website. By using our service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please leave the website.
Description of Service
Our service provides SOCKS5 obtained from various sources, including publicly shared and network scanner services. We offer two service packages:
- Daily Plan: Provides daily output SOCKS5 with an expiry date of either 15 or 30 days.
- Credit Plan: A credit-based system where you can purchase SOCKS5 according to your requirements with no expiration date.
We collect SOCKS5 services 24/7, and all updates are random. Format: IP:PORT (e.g., 12.3.4.5:6789)
Conditions of Usage
Strictly Prohibited: Using SOCKS5 servers for spam, illegal access, hacking, carding, DDoS attacks, or any cybercriminal activities. Violations will result in permanent account blocking.
DICHVUSOCKS.NET Rights
- We retain the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
- We reserve the right to monitor SOCKS5 usage to detect resale or multiple users on a single account.
Other Conditions
- Customers must provide complete and accurate information during registration.
- Account limit resets automatically at 00:00 AM (GMT+7).
- Check SOCKS5 on whoer.net or spamhaus.org.
- 3rd party reselling will result in permanent account lockout.
- Port 25 and 587 are closed - no spam mail accepted.
We do not offer refunds. Once an account is activated, it is final.
Disclaimer of Warranties
As a user, you acknowledge that:
- Speed, anonymity, and uptime of SOCKS5 cannot be guaranteed.
- No guarantee of compatibility with specific software or websites.
- No guarantee of specific country, ISP, city, or blacklist status.
- No guarantee of DNS changes.
- Service may be interrupted, and results may not be accurate.
- We are not responsible for data loss.
- Checker, scan, or attack attempts will result in account blocking.
Limitation of Liability

- Not recommended for bot view checker or similar tools.
- System works automatically with no bypass for anyone.
- We reserve the right to refuse IP unlocking requests.
Regulations on Advertising
- Banner ads require monthly payment with 30-day duration.
- All banners are from third parties - we don't endorse their services.
- Overdue banners will be canceled without refund.
